The cost of each project is going to be different. This depends on the services you are interested in and how long it will take me to edit. After we discuss what you are looking for and how I can help with your manuscript I will perform a sample edit and use this as well as the word count of your manuscript to come up with an estimate.
Services
During the editing process I will go through your work and check for spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization, accuracy, word usage including repetition and cliches, and consistency throughout your work.
Before beginning a project we will discuss to what extent you would like me to edit your work. In addition to grammar and punctuation I can point out paragraphs that may need to be reworded, ask for clarification on confusing terms, point out any unsuitable words or phrases, make suggestions for revisions to wordy or convoluted areas, and point out organization issues or gaps in logic.
